Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The trustees are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is nol required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an ind¢pcndenl examination is needed. Having satisfied myself that the financial statements of the charity are not required to be audited and are eligible for independent examination. I report in respect of my examination ot.the Charity's financial statements. carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 201 l . In carrying out my examination I have followed all ot'the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145 (5)(b) ofthe 2011 Act. Independent Examiner's Statement I have completed my examination.
