Independent Examiner's Report
I report to the truatees on my examination of the financial statementsb of Caernarfon
Pentecostal Church (the charity) for the year ended 31 March 2024.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The trustees are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts. The trustees consider that an
audit is nol required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an
ind¢pcndenl examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the financial statements of the charity are not required to be audited
and are eligible for independent examination. I report in respect of my examination ot.the
Charity's financial statements. carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 201 l . In
carrying out my examination I have followed all ot'the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under Section 145 (5)(b) ofthe 2011 Act.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination. I confirni that no matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe thal in any material respect.
accounting records were nol kept in respecl of Ihe charity. or
the financial slatemenis do nol accord wilh those records; or
Ihe financial statements do noi comply with the accounling requirements of Ihe
Charities Act 201 l other than any requir¢inenls to give a Irue and fair view. which
is not a maller considered as part of an independent examinalion. or
the financial slatemenls have not been prepared in accordance with Ihe meihods and
principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice tor accounting and reporting by
charities applicable in Lhe UK and Ireland (FRS 102).
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in Connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in order to enablc a proper understanding of the financial
statements to be reached.
