Christmas Fair
-
In 2024, the Fair ran without Santa’s Grotto, and moving the date back to a Saturday made a real difference.
-
It became one of our most successful fairs to date, raising £7,877 (up from £3,360 last year).
Summer BBQ
-
Blessed with excellent weather, the Summer BBQ brought the community together with food, live entertainment, and the ever-popular bar.
-
This year’s event raised a record £6,591 (up from £4,665 last year).
Other Events (by funds raised)
-

Challenges
As ever, the biggest challenge continues to be volunteer capacity. Running such a wide variety of events depends on parents stepping forward, both to help on the day and to take the lead in organising. We also continue to seek ways to increase engagement with initiatives such as name label commissions, which have yet to deliver the hoped-for results despite significant promotion.
