Everyone was welcomed by Victoria Harold she informed all that everything discussed at the meeting was private and confidential and was not to be discussed outside of the meeting.

These were presented and duly signed as a true copy of the 2020 AGM.

A vote of thanks was given by Victoria to the resigning member.
Elections;
Each family has one vote to select a member of the committee; staff are not permitted to vote.
Victoria informed all present that to be on the committee that they will have to be DBS and Ofsted checked.
The committee members are responsible for any major incidents & they need to be prepared to help out when needed
