**Everyone was welcomed by Victoria Harold she informed all that everything discussed at the meeting was private and confidential and was not to be discussed outside of the meeting.**

**These were presented and duly signed as a true copy of the 2020 AGM.**

**A vote of thanks was given by Victoria to the resigning member.** 



## **Elections;** 

**Each family has one vote to select a member of the committee; staff are not permitted to vote.** 

**Victoria informed all present that to be on the committee that they will have to be DBS and Ofsted checked.** 

**The committee members are responsible for any major incidents & they need to be prepared to help out when needed** 

**The following people were voted on the committee; No new members this year due to covid 19 Pre-school (report) see attached Chairs (Report) see attached Treasurers (report) see attached**
