It 15 my responsibility w: examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities ACL to follow the procedures laid down in the g¢n¢ral Di￿tiOnS given by the Charity Commission under section 14515Xb) of the Chariti¢5 A¢t- and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of iDdepeDdent examiner's report My examination wL8 carried oui in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
