It 15 my responsibility w: examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities ACL to follow the procedures laid down in the g¢n¢ral DitiOnS given by the Charity Commission under section 14515Xb) of the Chariti¢5 A¢t- and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
