HARTCLIFFE CLUB FOR YOUNG PEOPLE PROVIDES A SERVICE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 4 AND 19 WITH MAIN EMPHASIS ON THE 13 TO 19 AGE GROUP.
