Purpose is to enable access to communication, education and learning to improve the quality of life of those who have significant communication and physical disabilities. The charity has merged with ACE Centre North (charity no. 1089313) in order to enable these activities to continue and, having transferred its assets and activities, it is currently preparing for closure.
Objects: To Advance, Promote And Encourage Education And Learning Opportunities Of People Of All Ages Whose Physical And Communication Difficulties Are The Primary Cause Of Their Disabilities, In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing To Provide A Focus For The Use Of Microelectronics And Other AIDS To Communication
