**Activities:** Purpose is to enable access to communication, education and learning to improve the quality of life of those who have significant communication and physical disabilities.  The charity has merged with ACE Centre North (charity no. 1089313) in order to enable these activities to continue and, having transferred its assets and activities, it is currently preparing for closure.
