TRUSTEES, ANNUAL REPORT for ROTARY CLUB OF LICHFIELD ST CHAD TRUST FUND th for the year 1st July 2021 to 30 June 2022 Rotary Club of Lichfield St Chad is registered with the Charity Commission (Charity number 10401831 Charlty address 2 Hillcrest Drlve Llchfield Staff5 WS137AX Trustees- Andrew Sims 20 Borrowcop Lane Llchfield W5149DF Oavid Cross 43 Wheel Lane Llchfleld WS137DH Phil Burnell 2 Hillcrest Drive Lichfield WS137AX These people have all been trustees of this Trust Fund for over 5 years. The Rotary club is governed by it's constitution, and by Rotary International. The Trustee5 are selected by election from the membership of the Rotary club, and the Trustee fund is administered by the Trustees and the committee council of the club. All decisions relating to distribution of funds from the Trust Fund are made by the members of the club subsequent to ratificatiors by club council. Council includes the Trustees and the ch3imien of all the various committees that make up the Rotary club. MinutÈs are taken at all Club Council meetings, and the club has a business night every 4-6 weeks, where discussions are held in committees that then forward their suggestions to the Club Council, meeting the following week. where the final decisions are made. All cheques require counter-signature. The fund-ralsing aim of this Rotary club is for general charltable purpose. This Tnjst fund helps young people, the elderly, and other chairies and voluntary bodied. The club makes grants to organisatlons, and provides services. The major fund-raisin8 events that provide the income for the Rotary club of Lichfield St Chad are Rotary Cars in the Park, and Cathedral to Castle Run. The latter is managed jolntly with three other Rotary clubs. Obviously, the pandemic has curtailed a lot of activlty and Income 15 reduced accordingty- Lichfield St Chad Rotary club supports the Lichfield Police Cadets, Llchfield TalklnB Newspapers la servive for the blindl, British Heart Foundation, Shelter Box (emergency accommodation for familles worldwldel aquabox, MenlBitis Now, St Marfs centre Lichfield, and We Love Lichfield, amongst others. All funds raised are distributed to help others, for Beneral charitable purposes.
