The main incomc receivcd was income from th¢ Two Pianos ConcLrt of £ 3,783, our 2024 Charity Calcndar which rai.sed £ 3,401 in sales and sponsorship, and our Christmas Collections which raised £ 2,880. Thc principal bcneficiaries during thL ycar w¢re the children who reccived books from the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to the valuc of £ 2,633, the Rotary Foundation donatlon amountAng to £ 1,935, Aquabox donations amounting to £ 777 and th¢ Inner Whccl Club of Clc¢thorpes recciving £ 700. Financial Review- Reserves The Trustccs policy on reserves is to retain Unallocated General Funds of approximately £ 1.000 to mcet any ¢m¢rg¢ncy donation requests which may aris¢. As at 30 June, 2024 th¢ Benevolent Fund had Unallocated Gencral Trunds of £ 3,911, Designated Gcneral Trunds of £ 2,517 ( donations and payments ae¢d or allocated but not mad¢ ). Restricted (icncral Trunds of £ 840, Designated Christmas Funds of £ 5,668 (Trunds rdiscd from th¢ Annual Christmas Collcctions for th¢ benefit of local Children's Charitics and Other Local Charitics but not yct spent ), and Restrict¢d Dolly Parton Imagination Library Funds of £ 12,957. INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OIN THE ACCOUNTS OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF CLEETHORPES BENEVOLENT FUND Independent examiner's report to the trustees of The Rotary Club of Cleethorpes Benevolent Fund I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Rotary Club of Cleethorpes Benevolent Fund (the TTht) for the year ended 30 June 2024. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity tnteeS of the Tiust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent examiner's statement have completed my examination. I confirn] that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: l. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act. or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
