the education of the pupils in the school. In
furtherance of this objective, the Association

The PTFA has undertaken a large number of
activities this period. Activities have been to
the benefit of pupils, families and have helped
enrich the local community surrounding
Studham Village CE Academy.
The PTFA decide as a committee how to spend
funds, taking strong direction from the
Headteacher and other members of staff as
appropriate.
Funds are raised by various activities through
the year, often with focus on one larger
fundraiser per term, which will draw attention
and assistance from the wider community, with
other smaller events being more enjoyable /
enrichingfor the children.

in the year are listed below.
The summer fair was hugely successful,
despite the awful weather the day before and
morning of set up.
Our Pumpkin Patch and Winter Wonderland
were something to behold. The organising
team opened eyes as to what can be achieved
even at a small school. The Pumpkin patch will
become an Autumn Term regular feature no
doubt.
The school children and their families
benefitted from having a number of school
trips subsidised, and the PTFA were proud to
be able to support the annual end of year trip
to the pantomime for the whole school.
The PTFA were able to fully fund a new
orienteeringsystem in theplayground. This
interactive learning experience, aligns with the interactive learning experience, aligns with the
school objectives of exploring new ways to
engage with pupils, to make learning fun and
keep them active.
The PTFA continued the success of the annual
quiz night with yet another enjoyable evening
at Whipsnade Village Hall. The monies raised,
along with other donations received, are to go
towards funding the additional pod space.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended31/05/2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
