I report to the trustees on my examina�on of the accounts of Wells Primary PTA for the year ended 31 August 2024
Responsibili�es and basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the prepara�on of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Chari�es Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examina�on of the Trust’s accounts carried out under s. 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examina�on I have followed all the applicable Direc�ons given by the Charity Commission under s. 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner’s statement
I (other than that disclosed below *) in connec�on with the examina�on giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

accoun�ng records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by sec�on 130 of the Act; or
-
the accounts do not accord with the accoun�ng records
I have no concerns and have come across no other ma�ers in connec�on with the examina�on to which a�en�on should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
