Regular megtings are held betsveen the Nursery Manager and the trusta8s. There is an annual general meettrwJ of members which agrees the arnual a￿Ounts, previously approved by tha Injstees, 8rxl 4)points trustees Wh￿ required. All fomial meetings are minuted.
