The charity made a small surplus in the twelva er￿1￿￿ 31GIAugust 2023 of
£13k and has reserves of £140kTrp reseTves are to covw any unexpected
expenses that may arise and to fund future pn¥ects n line with Ihe charitys
objectives. Tho principal sources offvnds fees paid by par￿ and grarts from
the local authority. The main expense of the dwity is staff salaries.
All Saints. Nursery is an association govemed by a constitutÈcn. Day to day acaivities
e run by the NU￿ Manager and her manawient team.
Overall supervision of the rMJrsery is carried out by the Br)ard of Trustees. Regular
megtings are held betsveen the Nursery Manager and the trusta8s. There is an
annual general meettrwJ of members which agrees the arnual a￿Ounts, previously
approved by tha Injstees, 8rxl 4)points trustees Wh￿ required. All fomial meetings
are minuted.
Truskn are selected initially by interview with th8 Bo*d of Trust8es arKI
appointrnents are then oxffim?ed at the r￿tAGM. It is impwtant that potential
trustees are 8ware of their responsibilities and duties and are, therefore, provided
