The committee will annually review this reserve level to ensure that it will meet the following: • Statutory redundancy liability for all staff. • Pay for the notice period required to be given to staff. • Outstanding holiday pay entitlement for staff. • Outstanding bills such as premises rent.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of th8 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Cornmission under section 145{5}Ib} of the Act.
