The Charlty Is admlnlstered by the below named Trustee: Oswestry Town Councll Mr Arren Roberts (Clerk to tha Trustees) The Cae Glas Charity was 88tsbllsh8d by a Scheme of the Charity Comrnissioner8 sealed on 20th January 1994 with the airn of maintalnlng and Improving parkland In Oswestry knovm as Ca8 Gl8S Park. The Chainnan of the Trust was Councillor Jonathan Upton. The Counclllors met once In 2023124 on 19th Juty. Day to day management of the Part( was undertaken by Mr Henry Teuma, Ihe Operatlon8 Manager In direct consultation with Park stsff. The balance held by the Ca8 Glas Charity is annually tr8n8ferred to Oswestry Town Councll to off-set costs Incurred In ground8 maintenance. The balance held as at 31st March 2023 totalling £23,751.58 was transferred durlng 2023124. The balance held at the end of March 2024 wlll be transferred to the Council during 2024125.
