Al a meeting of the members on 17th November 2011 the nursery adopted the model pre-school constitub.on of the Pre4chwl Learning Alliance The overall management and ¢orrtrcl of the nursery rests with the indNidual members of the nursery management commitiee, who are also the chanty trustees. Th8 minimum number of cowmittee members is S and the maximum 12. together with up to a further 3 ¢¢pted members. The commrttee Consists of a Chair, Treasurer and Secretsry, Ilhe officers). and not less than 2 nor rtre than 9 other elected members. and up to 3 further members COaOPted al any lim after the AGM. Commitiee members are elttted for one year at the AGM and retiring mgmbers may be r&elected unless they have already seNed on the committee in any capacty for ten consecutive years.
