THE GUIDE ASSOCIATION SHROPSHIRE COUNTY FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2021 Financial Review The year started with still being in the lod(down lor the coronavinJs pandemic and uncertainty as to how Girlguiding UK WOU￿ move to a roadtnap out. This meant we conlinued to only support our members virtually. We did however continue to maintain and improve our activity ￿ntre Lyneal by spending the designated funds on an ongoing hedule ol maintenance work. We continued to have meetings via Zoom for the Finance Committee, Risk & G0Veman￿ Commitee, the Award5 Cornmiltee and of course the Counly Executive. I see these as posilNe ways to ensure financial information is communicated in a clear and consistent manner.
