I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30[th] June 2025.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

Minutes of the meeting of the Trustees

Present: Trustees, Peter Boxall, John Fennell, Roger Formby, Stephen Smith Ex-Officio Bryan Massen

The minutes of the previous meeting held on 24th March 2025 were read. There were no matters arising

Matters Arising :

Accounts:

The Charity Account for year ending 30[th] June 2025 as presented and approved at the SGM on 3rd February 2026 was approved by the Trustees.

Trustee Representation regarding NCR Satellite Club known as Rotary in the Rissingtons

A discussion took place regarding the need to have trustee representation within the RITR membership and for improved oversight of RITR charity matters and accounts. Glenn Barrett has volunteered and Peter Boxall will confirm with Susan Bates that he is still happy to hold the post. The incoming NCR Charity Treasurer, Richard Caley will need to be given access to the RITR Charity bank account

Issues regarding the Operation of the Trust Fund

Steve Smith agreed review policies and report back to the trustees.

Changes to Trustees

As of 1[st] July John Fennell will stand down as a trustee. Steve Smith, Peter Boxall and Roger Formby will serve for another year and two new trustees will become active as soon as possible in time for the new financial year commencing on July 1[st] , namely David Blakemore and Glenn Barrett. In addition, Keelin McLeman would be invited to become a trustee as president elect.

At the upcoming NCR AGM on April 14th, John Fennell will announce the change in the Trustees
