Present: Trustees, Peter Boxall, *Kevan Taylor, John Fennell, David Goodwin. Ex-Officio Diana White

Minutes: The minutes of the meeting were read matters arising were as follows

Accounts: The accounts presented were for the year ended 2023 and not 2022 as stated in item 3 of the Minutes

The Minutes were approved as amended.

Trustees:

Actions on the Meeting of 12th December 2023: Change to Trustees: The changes in the Trustees proposed was not actioned and, as a result, Kevan Taylor is currently a Trustee and Diana White is not.

The election of Trustees was discussed, in particular the need to update the trustees. David Goodwin who has served for approximately 10 years, is stepping down. Two new Trustees are required. It was proposed and agreed that at least one of the new Trustees should have experience, preferably of at least 2 years, as a trustee in another organization. It was also proposed that the sitting Club President should be an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees. It was noted that these recommendations, if passed, will require an amendment to the club’s Policy and Procedures.

David Goodwin will record changes in the Trustees will be recorded in the Charity Commission records and also ensure that Treasurer, John Fennell is in possession of all necessary access information.

At the upcoming NCR AGM on April 8 th, John Fennell will announce the change in the Trustees and seek qualified replacements form the general membership.

Accounts:

The accounts for the year 2023-24 were presented. These accounts were approved by the club membership at the SGM on 10 th December 2024.
