The main activities undertaken have been: To provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment To create opportunities for learning to take place through play To help all children make the transition from home to Pre-School and Pre-school to primary school. To promote understanding, kindness and tolerance of others To nurture self-confidence and self- esteem and encourage independence To provide a rich play environment, to motivate children to explore and experiment without fear of failure To provide an environment where equal opportunities for all takes place regardless of gender, race, culture or religion, special or additional needs To provide access to the early learning goals and assess their development on a regular basis To ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of every child, socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically To provide continuity of care through liaison with parents and carers and through working closely with other professionals involved with the family. Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 The charity received local authority funding,
financial position at the end fees and other income of £112,135 during
of the period the year. Total expenditure on wages, rent,
equipment etc. amounted to £98,665
resulting in a surplus of £13,470. The
balance of funds is held in two bank
accounts amounting to £43,566.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2025 .
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
