the last financial year and was able to
purchase new equipment to cover the
expansion in the group and the opening
of a new section.

sufficient resources to continue the charitable
activities of the group should income and
fundraising activities fall short. The Group
Executive Committee considers that the group
should hold a sum equivalent to a full years
running costs given our main fund raising event
is held annually.
We also are aware in the next 5 to 10 years
that the roof will require significant repair or
replacement which is estimated to be no more
than £20,000 and we are putting away £1000
per annum to hold 50% of the estimated cost
at the time of replacement with loans/ grants
coveringthe difference.
