## Notes 

The increase in the balance of funds held this year is £841.66, within this is a £100.00 deposit paid by PERSON held for a rental of the hut on 1st October 2022 and will be returned after the event and 2 x £100.00 deposits held for long term renters Also £495.00 grant for insulation  that has not yet been used.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above

Responsibilitles and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basls of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {"the Ad,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention {other than that disclosed below") in connection with
