This report covers the final operational period of the Unincorporated Charity Icharity No. 10310711 and the initial 5-month operational period of the newly formed Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIOI, Jlgsaw Pre-school (Sproughton), following the structural transition on 1 April 2025. Responsibilities and Basis of Report As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Act"). I report in respect of my examinatlon of the Trust's accounts carried out under section145 of the Act. In carrying out my examination.
