1. Executive Management Report
The academic year commenced with strong operational loundalions, noting that child enrollmenl numbers in
September 2025 were above the historical average. Operational continuity was effectively maintained
throughout the year,. new staff members were successfully iniograled into both seltlngs lo accommodate
organizalional developments, replacing individuals who departed due lo personal reasons and scheduled
reliremenl.
Sproughlon Settlng Operatlons
The Sproughlon selling executed a comprehensive currlculum alongslde extensive community engagement
aclivilies. Notable achievements during the year include..
Communlty & Falth Engagement: In December, the Children successfully performed a Nallvily play
hosted al the Sproughion Church, whl¢h was heavily allended by parents, grandparents, and local
vlllagers.
Seasonal & Soc181 Dèvèlopment: The setting hosted an on.srf(e Christmas celebration lealuring a
speclalized visit from Father Christmas. In June, a highly successful 'Slay and Play, session was delivered
lo enhance parental partnership and involvement.
Physl¢al Educatlon & Excurslong: A dedicated sports morning was condueled on the school playing
field, ensuring inclusive parlicipalion. Summer enrichment activities included an external educational
excursion to Bressingham Steam and Gardens, slruclured parachute games and picnics al the Sproughlon
Millennium Green in July, and an inleraclive teddy bears, picnic.
A¢ademle Roview & Transltlon: Formal parent consullalions were conducted on 8th July lo track
developmental milestones. The academic year concluded with an end-ol-summer-lerm celebration and an
official graduation Ceremony lor older children Iransilioning to primary school. incorporating photographic
reflections shared with parents and carers.

The Needham Market branch maintained high standards ol early years care and education within ils facility-
Winter & Sprlng Festivities: The setlino successfully held an interactive Christmas celebration,
incorporating a festive sing-along session tailored lor parents, carers, and family members.
Physical & Outdoor L8amlng: Ulilizing the selling's extensive on-site garden area, an inclusive sports
morning was organized during the summer term. drawing excellent allendance and support from the
children's adults. Additionally, an on.site teddy bears, picnic was implemented lo lacililaie social
development during lunchtime.
Regu18tory Mllestones & Transltlons: Following a successful stalulory Teinspeclion. the selling was
formally granted ils updated Olsled regislralion. aligned perfectly lo support the charity's slruclural
modernizalion. The year closed with a formal g￿duatIOn ceremony and celebratory party refle¢ling on the
Children's historical progress with Jigsaw.
The management team extends ils sincere gratitude to the Chairperson lor his unwavering dedication,
strategic oversight, and continuous support provided lo the management slafl across both sellings.
Furthermore, deep appreciation is èxpressed lo the entire staff team lor their hard work, resilience, and
ommilmenl lo delivering premium outcomes lor chlldren throughout this exceptional year.
2. Chairperson's Governance Report
The reporting period represents a highly industrious and successful phase lor both operational wings ol the
Charity. The primary strategic landmark ol the year was the structural evolullon ol the enlily from an
Unincorporated Charity to a Charitable Incorporated Organisalion ICIOI, which concluded succ85slully on 1st
Aprll 2025.
To ensure absolute transparency and accounting integrity lor the Charity Commission, the annual accounts
delineate the transition into two explicit operational periods across the trading year..
The Unlncorporatgd Entity (Charlty No. 10310711: Operational and trading from 1 sl September 2024
through to 1 sl April 2025.
The New CIO Enllty (Charlty No. 1190356): Operational and Iradlng from 1 sl April 2025 through lo 31 sl
August 2025.
This reslrucluring ensures robust asset protection and mod8rn governance frameworks that will syslemalically
benelll the Charity over the long term. The organizalional financial accounts are formally verified lo be in
excellent Condition. wfth standard operations running in a highly efficient and stable manner. Sincere
appreciation is conveyed to the entire committee and staff across both locations lor their innovative
programming and continuous hard work.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF
JIGSAW PRE-SCHOOL.
I report to the charity trustees on my examlnation of the accounts of Jlgsaw Pre-school for
the financial periods ended 31 August 2025.
This report covers the final operational period of the Unincorporated Charity Icharity No.
10310711 and the initial 5-month operational period of the newly formed Charitable
Incorporated Organisation (CIOI, Jlgsaw Pre-school (Sproughton), following the structural
transition on 1 April 2025.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Act").
I report in respect of my examinatlon of the Trust's accounts carried out under section145 of
the Act. In carrying out my examination. I have followed all applicable Directions given by the
Charity Commission under section 1451511b) of the Act.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examSnation. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention
in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
1. Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as requlred by sectlon 130 of
the Act; or
2. The accounts do not accord with those records,. or
3. The accounts do not comply with the applieable requirements concerning the form and
content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008.
other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair vlew (which is not a
mattor considered as part of an independent examination).
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection wlth the examination
to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts to be reached.
