2 years ago started with 3 members : drew, katie & tyler, now have 15 members
Happy with progress after losing members after covid due to ageto growing club again
2,500 grand for charity to name a guide dog named minster
Felt very proud after the set up / event of the ball in January
Another proud moment was after 2 years seeing a southminster lawn mower completing racing round the ring ata show
Carinval reminiscing – running round dressed as chickens while soggy Small club but a good /wholesome club
Couldn’t wish for better people in the club
Will all support David being new chair

No reply from Barclays
Ex treasure not being very helpful but last recorded amount was 1500
Have had meeting with llyods to set up new bank so hopefully that will get sorted asap
Programes
Full year of activites from horse riding , go karting , pumpkin carving , etc
Programs set up for new person till 25
Competions :
Went to football, dodgeball etc
2[nd] fence erecting at prelims
Countryside :
Issy has moved to brentwood due to meets being on monday so better with work but wishes well. No report
Fundraising :
Jake has gone to Brentwood being vice chair but is still going to come and support us at events such as karaoke
The club did multiple events such as carol singing, Christmas tree collecting, raffle draws at the ball.
All the fundraising means we can name a guide dog.
Subscribers:
Josh is away at university but is still going to help from there.
We had quite a few new subscribers and more promising to sign up this year.
First subscribers event was a end of summer bbq at the roundbush in June.
