Para 1.20 This past year has been a difficult when we
faced the unprecedented time of lock
downs due to the coronavirus, we
navigated a way through and managed to
continue to provide a preschool that both
developed and enhanced the education of
those under school age.
Once the various restrictions were lifted,
we welcomed all children back.
Fund raising was down on the previous
year, but we still managed to fund raise in
the difficult time.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY .

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
