to Kelly Wild who will be officially standing down at the start of 2021/22. Kelly has kindly given another whole year to the post having highlighted

Update from the District
Gerald Browning Thank you for inviting District to the AGM and thank you for all you have been doing. This is a strong active team supported well by helpers and
parents. Pete was specifically thanked for all his hard work and dedication to the GSL (Group Scout Leader) role in 2021/22 and although he is
stepping aside he will still be involved in Scouts. Pete highlighted that it was not his hard work alone as it would be impossible without an
incredible team.

Update for 2021/22
Colin Currently our financial position has meant the Group agreed to fund the renovation of the toilet facility (completed early 2021/22) and will
continue to suspend membership fees until September 2021. Group camp will occur in 2021 and has been booked for 17,18,19 September. It
will be at Jordans Close, Great Barford. Trev is taking the lead with organising this and costs will be communicated as soon as possible. The Exec
has discussed whether some of the camp could be subsidised and these discussions are ongoing.
