The trustees consider that an aud5t Is not requlred for this year under sectlon 5 of the Charltles Reglstratlon Act 1989 C'the Act,? and that an Independent examination Is approprlate. It Is my responsiblllty to: Examine the accounts. and state whether partlcular maters have come to my attentlon. Basls of Independent examlner's report My examlnatlon was carrled out taklng Into conslderatlon general guldantr glven by the General Reglstry. An examlnatlon Includes a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. Independent examlnerfs statement In connectlon wlth my examlnatlon, I have reasonable cause to telleve that: l) In all materlal aspects the requlrements to keep accounting records In accordantr wlth regulations made under section 11(l)(a) of the Act; to prepare accounts In accordance wlth regulatlons made under sectlon 11(l)(b) of the Act; have b*n met; and 2) There are no material matter to which, in my opinlon, attentlon should be drawn In order to enable a proper understsndlng of the accounts to be reached.
