The Charity was established on the 14[th] April 2020 with charity number 1189051 and its registered address is Romshed Courtyard, Underriver, Nr Sevenoaks, and Kent TN15 0SD. It is not known by any other name.

Structure, Governance and Management
The Charity is governed by its constitution and is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation the only voting members of which are its charity trustees. The Trustees are all appointed for an initial term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees.
The Charity is managed and run by the Trustees and there are no paid or voluntary staff members.

To fund and support purposes which are wholly and exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales.
Section D:
Achievements and Performance
Funding of the Charity during this period was provided by the filming of the Second Series of “The Larkins” at Romshed Farm (referred to in the Trustees’ Annual Report 2020-21) in the sum of £120,000. Donations were received from companies controlled by the Trustees: Headland Weald Freehold Ltd £721,361 (referred to in the Trustees’ Annual Report 2021-22) and Readystart Associates Ltd £5,521. Interest of £3,769 was received.
Donations were made to 8 registered charities totalling £29,700.

Financial Review
As at 31[st] March 2023, the Charity had reserves of £891,239 (2022 - £109,647) and a liability of NIL (2022 - £39,280).
In the period under review, the Trustees invested £878,000 in Money Market funds through LGT Wealth Management UK LLP.

Responsibilities and basis of report
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2023
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination.
