The PlaygroLbP faced difficulties in securing the aid of a skilled treasurer after this financial year131 August 20221 which has resulted in the late submission of these accounts. A treasurer was nominated but unfortunately did not fulfil their obligations and departed the committee without providingthe assistance promised. As the committee is consisted primarily of volunteers. nominating a suitable treasurer who could respectfully finish the obligations to a high standard was not an easy feat. We are a childcare provider caring for children from 2 to 4 years old. ensuring to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements at all times. The Playgroup is based at Chasewell Community Centre, 8anbury, which provides a large indoor space and a small garden area for the children to learn in. The setting is open Monday- Friday 9-1 The committee aim to meet monthly to di5CLbSS all aspects of the setting. including staffing. finances. fundraising, and safeguarding as the main focus. An AGM is held annuallys and all parents are invited to the committee meetings and the AGM. We endeavour to encourage parental partlcipation and invite them toioin the commtiee. TAR March 2012

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
