This is a very small trust run from within the Rotary Club of Chipping Campden. All Charity trustees are also Rotary Members.
Charity trustees are responsible for the general control and management of the charity, taking decision about what is done, how money is raised and spent.
The trustees are supported by all the current members of the Rotary Club of Chipping Campden running charity events and raising monies for the charity account. In addition, the local schools also support the many young initiatives the club organise on an annual basis.
Each event is run as a separate entity and the consideration of risks and issues are governed under the overall banner of Rotary and the guidelines; they provide for fund raising.
Members and Trustees are not paid, nor claim any expenses and time is provide free. All money raised is used to cover event costs and support local good causes.

The aim of the charity is to support local initiatives and also the wider Rotary UK clubs own fund-raising initiatives. Which can include supporting the relief of the poor and needy, young and disabled, other charities or Summary of the objects of the voluntary bodies. charity set out in its governing document The charity and the Rotary club together have several supported annual events include but not limited to: Youth Speaks, Young Musicians, Young Photographs Other annual events include the Tree of Light, Mulled Wine, First Responder and throughout the year there are collections and donations made from the local community and passed onto their charities and recipients. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
