INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE MOSTERTON PRESCHOOL UNDER SECTION 48 OF THE 1998 CHARITIES ACT. I have examined the accounts of the Mosterton Pre-school for the year ended 318t August 2020. During the course of the examination no matter ha8 come to my attention which would give me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect: l. Accounting records have not been kept in accordance with Section 41 of the 1993 Charities Act; or 2. The accounts do not accord with those records; or 3. The Income and Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet do not comply with the 1993 Charities Act.
