| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | This was a year of considerable change for Cambrensis Ministries. Our Musical Director had resigned for personal reasons in July 2022, and in April 2023 we were still seeking a replacement. After an exhaustive process, Glenda Pasley was appointed as Musical Director in the summer of 2023. In June 2023 the Charity Commission approved our proposal to change to a CIO, and the new constitution was approved on the 19thJune. Other actions followed; the ‘Cambrensis Productions’ Company was closed down and a new electronic bank account was opened to serve all the activities of the CIO. Glenda Pasley led us in a very successful concert in the Hoddinott Hall in December 2023, and we also performed in the Ely Bridge Support Centre and, at Easter, in Bethany Church in Cardiff. |
