Trustees’ Annual Report

For the year 1[st] July 2022 to 30[th] June 2023

The charity’s principal objectives are to raise funds to provide grants and donations for the benefit of mainly local charities and individuals.

Our key fundraising event for the year was the return of the Mammoth Car Boot Sale which was held in the grounds of Wilton House on August Bank Holiday. This raised net funds of £20,400. Due to the pandemic, it had not been held for the previous two years.

Other fundraising activities included marshalling at a breakfast car meet held at Wilton House “Wilton Wake-Ups” and Santa’s Sleigh which travelled around Wilton.

The charity is governed by the Trust Fund Deed dated 2[nd] August 1993 which states that the Trustees are the following officers of the Rotary Club of Wilton namely:

The officers for the year to 30[th] June 2023 and from 1[st] July 2023 to date are detailed on page 1 of the Financial Statements.

The charity operates within the governing framework and constitution of The Rotary Club of Great Britain and Ireland.

The Trustees declare that they have approved the Trustees’ Annual Report and Financial Statement.
