Respective respoThsibilties of trustees and reporting attountant As described on page 4 the trustees (who are also directors of the company for the purposes of company lawl are resp)nsible forthe preparation of the financial statement5. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under sKtion 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
