I report on the accounts for the year ended 31 Ortober 2023 set out on pages 6 to 9.
Respective respoThsibilties of trustees and reporting attountant
As described on page 4 the trustees (who are also directors of the company for the purposes of
company lawl are resp)nsible forthe preparation of the financial statement5. The trustees consider
that an audit is not required for this year under sKtion 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities
Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Dirertions given by the Charty
Commission. An examination includes a rewew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented wr(h those records. it also includes consi(ieration of any
unusual items or disc105ures in the accounts, and seekinE explanations form you as trustees
conceming any matter5. The prO￿d￿reS undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit and consequently no opinion is gNen as to whether the accounts present a'true
and fair view. and the rewrt is limtted to th(￿ mattets set out in the statement below.
