Objects: To Provide Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure-Time Occupation For Children Resident In The London Boroughs Of Wandsworth And Lambeth And Elsewhere, Being Facilities: (A) Of Which Such Children Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Poverty And Economic Circumstances And (B) Which Will Improve The Conditions Of Life For Such Children By Promoting Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Well-Being.
