ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Minutes

Monday 10[th] November 2025

7.30 PM Yeoford Village Hall

Attending: Carol Price (CP), Morwenna Rogers (MR), Ed Drake (ED), Dee (D Hawkins), Niki Jones (NJ), Edna Beasley (EB), John Price (JP), Sarah Comont Thomas (SCT)

1. Minutes of the last AGM – 11[th] November 2024 - accepted

2. Chairman’s report – Ed Drake (ED) says it has been difficult for him this year to balance the committee with family/life commitments but everyone on the committee has pulled together. Pleased with the fundraising efforts of Cider and Ale Festival

3. Treasurer’s report – Morwenna Rogers (MR) read report from David Lucking (DL) that says £66, 587.50 which i£13,000 from last year. MR highlighted the following major expenses in the year: new shed, new ovens, new lighting, stage refurbishment

4. Election of the Management Committee (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary)

Everyone has stood down & elections took place

Chairman: Carl Wholey. Proposed by Morwenna Rogers. Seconded by Ed Drake. All in favour

Vice Chairman: Vacant

Treasurer: David Lucking. Nominated by David Lucking. Seconded by Edna Beasley. All

in favour

Secretary: Niki Jones. Nominated by Morwenna Rogers. Seconded by Ed Drake.

Appointment of remaining trustees:

Yeoford Church. Carol Price.

Parish Council. John Stevens

Sweetpeas. Claire Gilliver (CG)

Yeoford Primary School: Sarah Comont Thomas

Yeoford Gardens: Dee Hawkins (DH)

Young Yeoford: Matt Cook (MC) & Owen Cooper (OC)

The above trustees were nominated on block by Ed Drake. Seconded by Morwenna Rogers The following members of the community were Co-opted to the Committee: Claire Beard & Edna Beasley
