Community Consultations

Mr A is 82yrs old and is from Nepal and a former Gurkha seeing over 30yrs of military action for the British Army rising to the position of major.

Mr A was facing homelessness and due to lack of support from any institution, he reached a point where he confided in us that he was finding living life a chore. We supported him secure sheltered accommodation and involved him in our community activities. Our intervention has transformed his life so much so that Mr A is now one of active volunteers supporting other Nepalese elders that come to our services.
