With the help of the Friends, the surgery has been able to provide a Summary of the main water facility for all patients and staff and fully maintain the call system for achievements of the charity those attending for appointments. during the year Equipment is renewed promptly and negotiations with other NHS providers have resulted in retinopathy camera for the immediate area being based at Selsey

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY .
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

Friends Treasurer's report for 7 July 2026
Balance current account after current cheques cleared 42,262.89 Before the end of April 2027, we are committed to 9 monthly payments of £39 for water total £351 And 9 monthly payments for Welby Innovate £375.9 total £3,383.46 £3,735.46
It has also been agreed to update the lighting & decorate the ceiling in the entrance hall total not yet known or agreed.
There are probably a few renewal subcriptions still to come in but basically are uncome for the remander of 2026-27 is likekly to be minimal, unless we receive a legacy or other donation. The fixed term account does not mature until April 2027. Any decision to contribute to the Selsey Forum projects deeds careful consideration
