ACTIVITIES AND FIliANCIAL REVIEW The accounts sei on pages 5 and 6 summarise the iransactions ofthe chariTh during ihe year. Net payments for the year amounted to £18.474. 4. PUBLEC BENEFIT The Council refetred to the Chariry Commissioner's general guidance on public benefit ￿'he￿ reviewing it5 aims and objectives and planning future aciivities. In panicular the Council considers how such activities will contribute to the aims and obje£tives it h&$ set. The Council considers it has complied with its duty to have due regard io such guidance. 5.
