Additional payments of £14,953 were made to the school during the year to support educational artivities for the pupils at Cookham Rise Primary khool. £941 was spent on PTA expenses including PTA membership, insurance and items to be used for future fundraising events. Outlook At 31 August 2024 the PTA had committed spend of £16,367 as follows: Event IT suite upgrades Sound system for hall Girls and boys school branded football kits Net Income £13.348 £2,000 £1,000 The PTA aims to hold £2,000 as working capital. This leaves funds of approximately £13,500 to support school projerts during 2024125. Whilst the PTA needs to be sensitive to the current financial climate where families have less disposable income the PTA remains positive that it can continue to raise funds to support upcoming school projects in the coming years.

Responslbllltles and basls of report As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carryin8 out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5}Ib) of the Act.
