| have completed my limited examination. | confirm that no material matters have come to my attention, other than disclosed below in Section B, in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,:

• e the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or

• e the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or e the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

(Since recently being asked to carry out an examination | have checked the (Charity Commission guidance on the eligibility of the Charity to be the subject of an Independent Examination. On checking the Charity’s Trust Deed document | have discovered that a full audit is explicitly stated as being required to be carried out by a fully qualified auditor.

The trustees now have decided, within the last month, that they now wish to amend this document in the near future to require an Independent Examination in future but not a full audit. Consequently, at this time, | have limited my work to checking the validity of the accounting records and can support the submission of the Receipts and Payments accounts CC16a schedule enclosed here.

The Annual Report submission here is prepared and approved by the trustees, and has not been validated as part of this examination.
