On checking the Charity’s Trust Deed document | have discovered that a full audit is explicitly stated as being required to be carried out by a fully qualified auditor. The trustees now have decided, within the last month, that they now wish to amend this document in the near future to require an Independent Examination in future but not a full audit. Consequently, at this time, | have limited my work to checking the validity of the accounting records and can support the submission of the Receipts and Payments accounts CC16a schedule enclosed here.
