Objects: '3.2 The Objects Of The Charity ('The Objects') Are: 3.2.1 To Promote Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Public, Principally But Not Exclusively In The Metropolitan Borough Of Bolton (Hereinafter Called The "Area Of Benefit") And, In Particular, But Not Exclusively, To Build The Capacity Of Voluntary And Community Sector Organisations And Provide Them With The Necessary Support, Information And Services To Enable Them To Pursue Or Contribute To Any Charitable Purpose; Provided That In Pursuing The Objects, The Charity Shall Pay Due Regard To The Needs Of Minority Or Underprivileged Groups Including Ethnic Minorities, And The Promotion Of Community Cohesion;3.2.2 To Promote, Organise And Facilitate Co-Operation And Partnership Working Between Voluntary And Community Sector, Statutory And Other Relevant Bodies In The Achievement Of The Above Purposes Within The Area Of Benefit.
