VMHS. support workers will support and assist clients to access local mainstream mental health services, based on individual nceds. This was followed up with a letter confirniing the ¢losur¢ of the organisation and client needs. For client8 who ale solely under the care of GP8. individual Icttcrb were sent to every GP identifyingy the client and clarifying the closure and the serviccs that will no longer be available as a result. VMHS support worker8 infonned service users and their Carers of the relevant local mental health and wellbeing scrviLcs aviiilable.
