The medal displayswere refreshed, and temporary exhibition changed every 6 months. The museum hired a Museum Assistsnt in 2022. to assistthe Curator. and this has proved invaluablg. 2025 s8Wthe continued employment of an Asslstsnt who answered Family History enquiries, an importantlundlngstreamforthe museum. Nottingham Clty Coun¢ll remains runningthe slte and an tntegr81 partner. In October 2016 both organisations split the profits of the boxes with Access Artefacts admlnlst8ring 8nd Maeting the boxes to local schools.
