Respective responsibilities of the Trustees and the Examiner

The Trustees of the Charity are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. They consider that a full audit is not required (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993) and that an independent examination is appropriate.

It is my responsibility to:

(3) To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Basis of the Independent Examiners’ Report

My examination was Carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination inciudes a review of the accounts records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations for you as Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all of the evidence that would be required in a full audit. Consequently, | do not express an audit on the view given by the accounts.

Independent Examiners Statement

have all been met.
